Sentence is: 10 years loss of hunting, fishing and trapping privileges; six months in jail (all but five days suspended); completion of a trapping class by MT FWP; and, pay $365 in restitution for killing a dog in an illegally used Conibear (body-gripping) trap near the Clark Fork River within Missoula city limits.
